Covid-19 Update 01/06/2020
In order to protect customers and staff, all vehicles and keys are now being sanitised before and after entering our workshop to ensure we all stay safe.

2020-06.01 Covid-19 Procedures
Taking delivery of a customers vehicle
Customer to place keys in tray provided, keys treated with sanitiser disinfectant, keys tagged and handed to workshop.
Prior to working on vehicle
Exterior door handles treated before entering. Inside vehicle – treat steering wheel including horn and infotainment controls, control stalks, ignition and power buttons, gear selector, seat belts and clips, interior door handles and releases, window switches, grab handles and bonnet release.
Whilst working on vehicle seat covers, floor mats and steering wheel covers must be used at all times.
Any other part of the vehicle interior must be treated before working on i.e boot area, rear seats and belts, rear door, exterior and interior handles etc.
Returning the vehicle to the customer
Remove seat, steering wheel covers and floor mats. Sanitise vehicle again as before prior to customer entering vehicle.
Place keys in tray, sanitise and give back to customer from tray.
Customer not present
Carry out procedure as if customer present, sanitise key and place in key safe. When customer arrives, place keys in tray, sanitise and give back to customer from tray.
Collecting and delivering vehicles
Carry out procedures as if vehicle at workshop.
Gloves and facemasks have been issued for your protection.
Wash your hands frequently as directed.
Customers paying by card at reception
Either use contactless options – take details from customer as if they are not present OR present machine to customer to insert card, punch in details, hand machine back to customer for pin, print details. Let the customer retrieve card and sanitise machine before putting back on its station.
